JV, Normand Legault and Barry Green are putting together a 20 million dollar package to join Chip as a fourth car. It would be a team within a team. All parties feel that this would be the best possibility for Chip to have a fourth car because of the money and JV and his partners feel that this is the best way for them to control the money. This way, they would not be bringing an influx of cold cash to a team without any control over the decision making process.
I wish them luck. Chip has already agreed to lend a car to JV to run in e Nationwide race in Montreal in August. Glad I will be there.
