Staying Healthy at the track

Race weekends are hectic and theres not much time to keep a good healthy workout routine,so I am going to share with my buddies and crew mine.I have perfected this over the last 25 years at Bristol mostly, but it has also worked at Atlanta,The Brickyard,Darlington,Daytona,Kentucky speedway,Eldora, and many other race venues.First thing in the morning I get up and take a brisk jog (to the porta potty) do some cardio (step up into said porta potty) and ironically the next phase of my workout seems to be where most of my weight loss takes place and I do it sitting down.I call this phase Consistant Repetitive Anal Purging (C.R.A.P.) this phase usually takes 3 to 5 minutes depending on how good the sports section of the paper that is delivered to the camper is.After the C.R.A.P. phase of workout is complete I take another brisk jog (back to the camper) and do some weight training (pick up hand sanitiser and soap) and vigorously wash my hands (more cardio).Crawl back in bed and do some power sleeping (great for the figure)after waking up from power sleep, another brisk walk to get my sauna (shower) and back to the camper for my vitamins ,now this is important,I have found that the most important vitamin for a healthy body is vitamin B (beer) and always keep as much vitamin B in my system the rest of the day and night. Now each person is different so have enough sense to now your vitamin B limit, some signs of too much vitamin B are, loss of motor skills, thinking every woman or man depending on prference thinks you are the most witty ,charming, sexy person at the track (trust me you are not) standing up every lap and screaming your favorite drivers name as they pass because you think they can see you (they cant)falling down steps, projectile vomiting, soiling or urinating on yourself etc…. If you find that you have taken in too much vitamin B do us all a favor and TAKE A FREAKING NAP!!!!!
Hope this helps you have a healthy and happy race experience.
your friend and crew chief,
Deadzeplin
