Most memorable NASCAR moment(s):

But ultimately hearing the news on Feb 18 2001 finging out that the greatest driver ever was no longer with us is my most memorable moment.
Profile:
I am a HUGH Tony Stewart fan.I stand up and put up with the BULLSH*T everytime I wear my Tony Stewart or Home Depot wear when ever I go out.I shop at Home Depot when ever I can.My wife thought it would be a good idea to paint our dinning room orange. When the primer was up I put a giant 20 on the wall,it took four coats of paint to cover it.(if I move our china cabnet you can still see it)I have a Tony Stewart Christmas ornament and an inflatable lawn decoration in front of our house for the holiday’s.My wife is not sure what I would do without Nascar or what I would do if Tony switched teams.(We also had a Nascar themed wedding)
Other interests:
My other interests include doing home improvements to our home.spending time with my wife and my dog/princess.Oh and of course getting all the Nascar info I can.

Thanks for your response
I just read your reply to my little rant about Kyle Petty. Thanks it made me think about some of the points I was trying to make.
Up until this past week end I didn’t know what Wells Fargo did,now I know their are a bank. They do not have any branchs up here so I guess I can not give them any of my business.Kyle also tried his hand at country music with the same results of his cup career, not much income.
I know very clearly that not all Americans are like him at all or share the same points of view.I’ve been to five different races and always treated with respect, even by fans who didn’t always agree with me.
Ten years ago I travelled to many car shows in the USA and was always treated very well and made a bunch of friends.
Kyle and Patti’s work for the Victory Junction Gang camp is probably the greatest charity work I have heard of in long, long time.
I’ll keep watching when I can and always listening on sirius satellite.

I couldn’t comment on your blog because I had to be a member so I’ll leave one here.
First off, in case you didn’t know, you can’t boycott his sponsors, he doesn’t have any left. Even General Mills is leaving The King’s Team. Plus, don’t you find it ironic that the sponsor that is identifyed with the Petty name – STP – was on an Australian’s car that was leading a race in Canada.
Second; in his defence, Kyle never wanted to de a racecar driver. he wanted to be a Rock Star. That didn’t work out so he went stock car racing … ie … the family business.
I know it sounded harsh, and it was. As an American through and through let me be the first to appologize. Kyle was just saying that with the way the economy is down here, we need to strenthen our fan base here and not stretch the teams thinner than they already are. He didn’t do a good job of explaining it though.
The Nationwide race in Canada was one of the best this year. It will also be remembered as the first modern ers (post 1972) race ran in the rain. I think that alone will secure a race in Canada for years to come.
Lastly; It’s an honor to compete on a track that’s named after one of the all time greats in motorsports.
Keep watchin A, we ain’t all as bad as Kyle. And he ain’t that bad either. Just look at all the good things he does for kids. I think they just do some of that stuff for the cameras.
