I was reading an article about the drivers in and drivers out of the seat on the start of the new season. To say the least, some of the names there were a big suprise to me. Names like:

Scott Riggs
Jeremy Mayfield
Patrick Carpentier
Elliott Sadler
Joe Nemechek
Bobby Labonte
Kyle Petty
J.J. Yeley
Sterling Marlin

These are not the names of nobodies by drivers that the majority of us have watched for several seasons now. It will definity be a new look at nascar this year. So many sponorships changing and moving. Drivers still in limbo and the biggest question, MONEY?!

I do believe that the new Nationwide Car of tomorrow will greater strength Nascars buffer with sponorships of major corporations but still the money has to come from somewhere.

With less and less people going to races and less money at the tracks the big hit will find its way to owners pockets. And many of these pockets are drying up.

Nascar has had some hard times in the past but I believe this will be one for the books. Stand strong nascar. We stand behind you all the way.
