What's Cook'n People?

I have been really busy and I have tried out the smoker a couple of times. I did a pork roast and made KILLER pulled pork sandwiches. I did a couple of racks of baby-back ribs and they were awesome!!

The Pork and the Ribs smoked with Hickory for about 5 hours. With the Ribs, I slathered them in barbecue sauce and put them over a flame for 10 minutes to give them that real great charred flavor.

If any of you have good recipes for smoking different meats, this is the place to post them! I am so happy with the responses that we have got from this crew and our members! You people rock and I always look forward to checking in here!

Go eat, drink (but don’t get in trouble) and be merry!!
