Spirits: Paranormal; Ghosts in My NASCAR Room


Ghosts are a controversial anomalous phenomenon. According to a poll conducted in 2005 by the Gallup Organization, about 32% of Americans believe in the existence of ghosts,,, my kinfolk originally came from Ireland,, a place where Folklore and Superstition are as common place as a Cows are in my Pastures,, but I have never been one to have any reason to believe in something I had no way of explaining,, until now.


My NASCAR Room,, the only room that is all mine,, no one else’s,, just mine,,, so it is easy to understand why I keep a lock on the door with the only key being on my keychain,, which by the way,, is a tire/bottle opener. I often open it up to let others see my crown jewels just to see the look of green in their eyes due to the Envy for my collection,, which has been in building stages for over 45 years,, is quite a site,, especially to a NASCAR Fan, but,, I Always,, Always keep it locked,, I repeat,, Always.


In the last five days,, I have only opened the door twice,, both times,, upon leaving,, I know the door got locked and then Dead Bolted,, I did it,, I have it on my home monitoring systems backup,, on my puter,, so I watched,, and I did lock the door,, both times,, with no one entering in-between so there is no way,, no reason the Light keeps coming on….. I have turned it off,,, let me explain,, my NASCAR room,, it is protected by a anti theft system that monitors everything from lights, so the colors don’t fade,, to the doors locking,, it even scans the room for moisture to avoid too much humidity,, it is too kewl,,,, well when you close the door,, if all systems are not activated it alerts you,, like I said,, it is too kewl,, so I know the doors were locked,, no one entered,, and the lights were off,,, OFF,,,,, So why is it they keep coming on,, and get this,, when you go in now,, the room,, it smells like steam,, anyone who has been in a steam room knows the smell,,, it has a distinct, not unpleasant, aroma,, like steam,,,


You know,, come to think about it,, I might as well tell you the rest,, since I got sick,, and had all my treatments,, and now,, knowing what I now know about my own destiny,, weird things started to happen,,,, even my wife and kids seen it,, even one night when a total stranger seen it too,, she even got a pic,,,, Animals,,, they,,,, um,,, how do I say this without sounding like I smoked some bad wacky weed or something,,,, they come to me,, jump up right into my hands,, no fear what-so-ever,, just walk,, jump,, hop,, run,, whatever,, they just come to me,, sick,, good health,, it don’t matter,,,, it is just too weird,,,, I mean come on,, I ain’t never been on to even want to talk about such mess,, but when it happens,, you can’t lie to yourself,, you were there,, others too,, you know it happened,, Rabbits,, they are the worse,, they just come up to me,, full grown ,, even one time,, a baby rabbit,, jumped into my lap,, my wife freaked,, she did not know what to say or do,, she just stood there,, mouth wide open,, and if you know my Angel (Peggy),, she is never ever at a loss for words to say,, except this time,,


Now I know someone is gonna rip me a new one,, but what can be happening in my NASCAR room? Is it someone,, something,, did I know them, it,, whatever,,, my imagination,, well it came up with this…. A Driver from somewhere unknown,, wants to look at my stuff,, turns on the light,, and wants me to know, they were there,, so the lights get left on as a sign to me,, Well it is better than a spooky tail where some mean old ghost wants to kill me or something,, cause I am with that comedian who said if he is in a house,, and hears tell that a ghost wants him out,, well he ain’t gonna argue,, I am gone!
