I love Nascar having grown up with auto racing. My father worked for Firestone racing in the 60's and up until 1974 when Firestone left the sport completely. Spent many hours at the tracks all over the country for stock car and open wheel racing. Played with some of the superstars of racing when they were children while we all stayed at the hotels/motels or hanging out at the tracks. No RV's for the drivers and family yet. In those days, children didn't go into the garage area and neither did wives or girlfriends.
