The Year Alan and Davey Died. It was kinda rough for drivers for a while after. We lost quite a few.

Profile:

I got hooked on NASCAR the day i saw “Greased Lightning” for the first time back in 1973. Didn’t get to watch racing much back then, but haven’t missed a race (in one way or another) since August 1991! Alan was AWESOME!! Used to have a HUGE replica collection, but you know how vicious some ex’s can be. That’s ok though. I gained a NASCAR FAMILY out of it. Somehow, it seems a lil bit more valuable. So now “We’ve” got a collection going. Small, but mighty…and growing
