Hi, My name is Joe. I am a happily married career Sailor…I’ve been serving for almost 16 years.

During a good year, I attend races at Martinsville, Charlotte, Richmond, and Dover. However, I am putting my race attendance on hold while I am assigned to a ship for the next couple of years.
