I’ve been watching NASCAR for many years, but one of the most memorable moments, and the day I became a DIEHARD FAN, was the day DW won the Daytona 500 – I’d watched him come close before, but when he won it I was hooked. I have races taped back to 1991, including the best finish ever to a season, between Davie Allison, Alan Kulwicki and Bill Elliott, the Hooters 500 in 1992. I’m so diehard, I watch those taped races in the off-season, just to get my racing fix!!
