Hello everyone, my name is April. I have been a Nascar fan since I was a little girl. My father got me hooked on racing at age 4 by taking me to our local dirt tracks. I started racing my dirt bike at age 6, my snowmobile at age 9 at the local airstrip and my car at the local drag strip at age 16. Growing up my friends thought I was alittle nuts so they starting calling me Squirrel. My husband says there is never a dull moment when I’m around. Hey we only live once so I’m going to enjoy every minute of it.

Anything that has to do with the outdoors, hiking, camping, boating, racing and hunting.

that is great that jimmie did that for you. He seems like a nice guy. I am very tall, and very large, and i get pushed around at places because i am not agressive. Maybe i should be. My bf is a policeman, im going to use him as an escort for now on. lol

well, its wierd, when you go there they and click on the nice hat, it redirects to the ugly hat. I havent actually ordered from there though. I did get two new diecast though, so i cant wait til the fedex truck comes.
the story. Last september, my bff and i went to richmond, I had not been to a race since 01. Also, i wasnt on nascar./com yet so i thought i was the only denny fan…i was wrong. we went to some other trailers that day, and none of them were busy. Then i had to go get my denny stuff. i couldnt wait…i was practically skipping. lol.
We get to dennys trailer and there is a massive line. And a huge crowd. My bff said he would wait to the side. People were pushing, and shoving and yelling the whole time. I was trying to be nice. (BIG MISTAKE) When i finally got to the front, no one would wait on me. Then i started getting shoved out of the way. It was intense.
My best friend, in his infinate wisdom, decided to take a picture of this. In this pic, i am clinging to the trailer for dear life while people are pushing me. In his words, i looked like a sad lost litttle puppy dog.
i did end up getting my stuff though, and learned a valuable lesson about courtesy.

Yeah, i have funny story about the denny hamlin merchandise trailer at richmond, but thats a long one. lol. I frequent the joe gibbs site a lot, and when you go to denny hamlin.com, the hat does not match the one you get. They havent changed the pic. But i did find a sweet new hat at hatworld. Anyway thanks for your help

like everything in life i am waiting until the last minute. My friend and i are waiting until next month to order tickets because we dont know how many are going.
