Apologies for harsh words
Yes it is true that Earnhardt was once a punk kid – the comparison was between a driver who has total disregard for everyone on the track with a seasoned driver who could anticipate every other driver’s next move. Kyle Bush is a lowly checker in a game of chess. It took a DUI to settle his brother down; my fear is Snot Nose will kill someone and it will not be himself.
If you are going to make a comparison use topics that are within the same league. My kid was a great middle school football player, but I’m not holding my breath for that call from Green Bay anytime soon.
My apologies to our brave men in Iraq; I do not wish to hamper your work over there by sending yet another hindrance to your cause.
I must also apologize to Mr. Rodman. I had no idea he was a Northerner. This would explain his lack of tack in writing and knowledge of Patron Saints of Racing. I hope he has learned from this experience. It was also unfair to make the crayon remark – I am positive the editors at NASCAR.com were still hung over from the Saturday night crap fest of a race. My best wishes to him the next time he does travel in North Carolina.

Anti-What
I did not get any anti-anything out of this column – oh yeah, and “punk kid” – what age was Sr & Jr when they started driving, yup, think before you write. Boy, all I read from Jr Nation fans is a lot of hate and reality, you don’t know any of these drivers personally so how can you hate anyone. Without opponents in any sports, it would be boring!

WHAT A PUNK KID
KYLE “MAMAS BOY” BUSCH NEEDS TO BE SAT DOWN FOR A RACE OR TWO. NASCAR NEEDS TO DO WHAT WEEKLEY SHORT TRACKS DO WHEN THAT HAPPENS. PUT BOTH CARS TO THE BACK OF THE LEAD LAP CARS. HE DID THE SAME THING TO JOHNNY BENSON AT MARTINSVILLE. BOTH BENSON AND JR COMBINED HAVENT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT THIS PUNK HAS CAUSED THIS YEAR ALONE…..END OF STORY…....QUIT DEFENDING IT AS JUST A RACING INCIDENT…....HE WILL DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTILL HE IS FORCED TO STOP. HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE. I WOULD SAY THE SAME IF HE WRECKED ANYONE ELSE WHO IS A CLEAN DRIVER….....HE HAS TALENT…BUT HE IS A CHILD…....

GOOD GOD
To compare Kyle “this is the worst car I have ever driven even though I won – I’m still gonna be a baby about it” Bush to Dale Earnhardt is like comparing a Girl Scout to a medial of honor winner. How dare you try to scrape up a story with such a vague comparison? Do you submit your editorials in crayon? I am assuming that you have some long term effects from being dropped on your head as a child, but this is no excuse.
Any chance you can be reassigned to cover camel racing in Fallujah? Perhaps you should cover move subjects you have knowledge about – Jack @% comes to mind – and stay away from subjects that will more than likely get the crap stomped out of you in most parts of North Carolina.
In closing, I will forever avoid reading ANY column you “write”.
