Hmm…what to say about myself? Well, I’m usually the friend that always gets on your nerves during a movie because I try to recite, verbatim, every line of the script when I don’t even half know what I’m talking about.
I’m obsessed with taking random pictures, and really wish I could take a photography class somewhere over the summer. I also would like a job very much so. Have you ever been involved with an activity pretty much your whole life and finally one day you just want a break to be a normal teenager, and go do normal things, and bask in a pool of normalcy for a while? Well, I’m going through the exact same thing right now. I just want a job, some time to study and make good grades, and shopping money. Oh, and free time to hang out with my friends. That too. I would also like to have time to actually spend Mother’s Day with, well I don’t know, my mother! But, because I had a dance recital the night before MDay she spent the whole day cleaning the house while my dad and I made rounds to my grandmothers’ homes. I felt so bad.
I’m really bad at talking about myself in these kinds of things because everything I write sounds like it should be in a blog.
Anyways, I love alternative music, anything I can shake my booty to; upbeat, hip-hop style music, but always clean versions, the originals kinda offend me. I love comedians; the Blue Collar bunch especially. Carlos Mencia isn’t bad either.
I love, love, love to write…and read. I like experiences, and listening to people, whether I’m in their conversation or not (oops), and I love talking to God. I’ll talk to him about anything. Some people tell me that God doesn’t care about the little things in your life just big decisions that you make and such, but God already knows that I believe that is a load of crock, because I tell him everything about anything.
I also have a hard time with hypocrisy. I say I can’t stand certain traits in others, then catch myself performing the same traits. I guess it is because you dislike in people what you dislike in yourself. Its true, I do have trouble accepting myself. But, what self-conscious, reserved teenager in this day and age doesn’t?
