It was when my Daughter, Son-In-Law and Grandson bought me tickets to the 50th running of the Daytona 500. I had told my Daughters several years prior to this that they needed to save their money to buy me tickets to this race as I also turned 50 the same year. (Naturally I was only kidding)
But low and behold as I opened my gifts from the Kids I thought they were palying a good joke on me but all of my family stopped what they were doing just to watch me open my Package it finally hit me that they were REAL TICKETS tears just streamed from my eyes. I was SPEECHLESS. I could not believe I was going to the 50th Running of the Daytona 500. My Ma and Step-Dad payed for the Condo and My Step-Dad and I went to the race. We sat right at the entrance of Pit Road right off of turn 4. IT WAS AWSOME!!!! Every Chhristmas with my Family is AWSOME but that was one I will NEVER FORGET for the rest of my life!!!!!!!! Thanks Rachael, Ryan,& Clayton (my Daughter, Son-In-Law and Grandson) and Ma and Dick (My Parents) for making this DREAM COME TRUE) I wish EVERYONE had a Family as good as I do.
