I guess that would have to be the first and only race that I actually went to. That was the Talladega race of 2005 the one where the big one happened. THe 26 car pile up that stopped the race dead in its tracks. Also happened to be the race where the less than intelligent Martin Truex Jr wrecked Dale Jr. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

*Well I am a 29 year old mother of one 11 year old boy whom by the way was born on Dale Jr’s Birthday. How cool is that? And the wife of a wondeful husband. We have been married for 11 years. I love Nascar I got into watching Nascar in the year of 2001 right after Dale Sr’s crash. I watched that race and was amazed at the out pooring of fan support as the days, weeks, and months passed after his passing. I just started watching every race after that moment. And I have never for one second questioned my choice. Now the way that I chose the driver I would cheer for was a little weird but hey it worked and I love to watch him race he has southern carm, great attitude, a real nice person all the way around. I liked red was my favorite color. And every since I can remember I have loved the number eight to me it means eternity there is no stopping it goes on forever. And no matter what kind of week or month or year Dale Jr is having that man just keeps on going. And I thank him for that. I am a proud member of Jr Nation and will be forever. Go June Bug GO!
