Profile:
I just loved Dale Sr., and have a big soft spot for Tony Stewart, but my man is DALE JR. Ya just gotta love the guy, who else would be seen carrying a Camel?? LOL.
Love to watch Nascar, someday will be back to Daytona, but this time for Speedweek. I very much enjoy all the wonderful people on this site, as usual there are some that cause problems. But the great outweigh the bad, so we all enjoy and have fun together. Tabs is terrific, brightens my day to know that I will be chatting with friends, and the laughter and fun that will be had by all.
There is some great Art Work on this site. Granny D, a Member of the Community, has created some wonderful pieces, check them out on My Photos.
There is also some great Art Work by Bryan Haren, also a Member of the Community. One in particular, Daytona Dance (Dale Sr.) is breathtaking, check it out on my page.
I live in Canada, so a little hard to get to the races, but one of these days, Daytona!!!
I wouldn’t pass up going to
Talladega, Bristol, Darlington, Martinsville, Lowe’s and the Brickyard, maybe some day!
Other interests:
Boating, Boating & Boating on beautiful Georgian Bay makes my world rock. Use to love the winter here as well, I loved to Sled, but being rear-ended in a car accident in 92, ended that love, so the faster Winter turns into Spring the better.
Morning coffee on the boat watching a great sunrise and
just enjoying a glass of wine, a great meal, especially if we have caught fish!, a beautiful sunset, with family and friends, there’s nothing better.
I enjoy long walks through the Pines, playing with our dogs, and any day that the pain can be moved to the back of my mind.
My beloved son Matt, is going to make me a grandma in Oct., one more person to lavish love and attention on. The name will be Tristen, girl or boy, doesn’t matter, Tristen is the name. My 3 grandpuppies are a little concerned about the grandchild on the way, they think I might not have time for them, such a foolish concern, they rock my world as well.
Playing 8 Ball with Matt, and the fun and laughter we share, is always high on my list.
I suffer with Migraines since the accident, and they knock me down every couple of weeks, but with all the good things in my life, I can hardly wait to get back on my feet, and dive back into life.
Very much enjoy my friends on Nascar, and the races are a must every week, another love that my Matt and I share.
Life is GOOD!!!

Tracks
We have local race tracks, stock car etc., Cascar is run here as well, but in the major centers, nothing like Nascar.
Indy use to be run in Toronto, but is cancelled this year, who really knows why.
So we really rely on our local tracks, and local drivers, always a lot of fun.
BUT NOT LIKE NASCAR!!!
Take care, talk soon.
